My thought was that maybe he's an ex-boyfriend or jilted lover- someone she knows who has a grudge against her-so when she technically raped him, he decided to go after her for revenge or something. Even if he was gay, or just not attracted to her, I don't know of any man who would pursue a rape charge if it happened to them.
But the law should be applied equally- if men need be sure of having consent, it's only fair that women do to (I don't think there's been any similar cases in Canada though!)

I agree that the law should always be applied equally and this is no doubt very rare. There is always the additional concern that she could have a mouth full of herpes, warts or worst. From that perspective it would feel violating for a man to wake up with his cock in mouth of some previously unknown woman.
