I fucked my landlord for a break on rent when I was in university. He was a nice man with a horrible shrew of a wife so I kind of felt sorry for him - at least that is part of how I justified it to myself.
The first time I was genuinely in a jamb. I wanted a free month for one fuck but he said the dollar value of a month's rent was too high for that so we settled on once a week for that month. It was a lot easier after that first time and I confess that on a few occasions I fucked him just so I could spend my money on other things.
I don't know if I would have done it if he had been a greasy pig instead of a nice man for whom I felt kind of sorry, but nevertheless it was sex for economic value.
I have extracted economic value from lots of men I have dated but this was one of the few occasions where it was actually a negotiated transaction.
