As far as myself, during that time of the month....it isn't my favorite thing to do but I would much rather have period sex than no sex at all;)

I don't consider this a fetish, personally as I love sex no matter the time of month. My wife, like several women I've been with over the years, simply weren't going to engage in non-reciprocal sex acts. Yup- we have period sex. Like some others have said I have had some realllllyyyy long and very light periods; if we didn't do it during that time of the month it would have been too far and few between.

I feel much more sensitive when I have my periods. The orgasms are amazing. Everything down there is tender, swollen, and aching to be touched. For me depends on how heavy bleeding. After having kids I bleed heavy for day or two. Those are out. But rest is light, so I am okay with it.
