Minor suggestion, gag them for the first five minutes, then once the gag is gone they wont be able to make coherent sounds, just whimper/moans

No...I prefer to make them be quiet...not gag them ...
that way noise of any sort...adds a punishment.
If one is very good...they earn all sorts of rewards for every ten minutes they can resist moaning.
Same thing with binding....I prefer not to. I prefer to have them hold still....earning rewards/punishments based on ten minute increments...
(it's the Sadist in me)

Very fun ideas, make them try and think while the body doesn't want to. You have a devious mind. I just like making them not speak until they can't because I so love taking my time, and begging, as awesome as it is, can get a little tiring when one is enjoying tasting and nibbling.

I'm not big on gags either. The mouth has far too many uses and applications. Plenty of ways you can use a whimpering mouth to punish someone who is misbehaving.

It's that and other things...and each person responds differently.
For guys~it's the soft touches (actually) that cause the most problems...they can take a hella lot of pain and not move nor even groan...
but feathers, fingernails, teeth trailed lazily over the spine...the curve of their ass...
most guys...wriggle around...away. (Never get guys often on noise though)
With women (at least that i have seen) it's the lack of doing anything. Just walking around them, for long moments...touching here...pinching there, nibbling there...stroking that or this...never with any rhyme or reason...
(women moan...but usually hold still)

Even subby guys tend to have something in their brain that responds to light touches from outside sources with surprise and motion. Either escape or trying to get more. But men aren't as vocal usually, we express desire in motion while woman express it vocally. Two wonderful halves of the same whole.
