Sorry I haven't been here in a while. Been thinking about you a lot. WE both have quite a bit happening the same in each others lives. I've been busy with parents and work the past year. A lot has happened and now settling down.

I m so smiling, loving my new kitty, Ciske.... short for Francis... he is such a sweet one, and those big blue eyes.... he will be a big one in 3 years, for now he is just the sweetest kitten, so I had to share.....

Now it was my turn to be absent. My cat disappeared last week and I've had a pretty rough time dealing with it.

but Emmy has been sweet and sent me messages to try and cheer me up, or to let me know she was thinking of me. She also sent me a new coffee cup to add to my collection of cups. I swear I'll never have to buy a coffee cup again lol

Thank you for being patient everyone. I know she is loving her new kitten and enjoying every minute with him. I haven't heard anything more about her appointment though, I promise to let you know as soon as I do.

Her blood work came back inconclusive, so they took some more blood which means more waiting.

She goes in for reconstruction December 19th. Her skin was too thin which is why her implant was rejected, so he is (the Dr) going to try and use some kind of mesh to reconstruct it this time around.

So please keep Emmy in your thoughts as always.

I know. That's what I told her. I feel so bad. I feel like she spends so much time waiting and getting the shit end of the deal that I'm shocked she isn't insane and in a straight jacket. Just reminds me how insanely strong she is. Strength that I admire so much.

A real pain for Emmy. All the waiting and nothing.to show at the end. I hope this round of tests is more helpful.
