Summer is Falling ...

As much as I love the leaves changing, warm apple cider and furry sweaters. Waking up to 47* this morning in northern NJ was HARD. I'm still sleeping in skimpy little things. My tan lines that I worked so hard on all summer during quarantine (i.e., working from home on my deck) are quickly fading away.

Tan lines or not, I'll still ogle them. Our weather was much cooler today compared to normal summer temps. Supposedly we're going to get some fall weather this weekend. I'm ready for the cooler weather. Sadly, I don't think we'll get nice temperatures for long and just fall right into winter with cold temperatures.

Here in the uk I can fully agree with your sentiments on Mother Nature and the changing seasons, I always sleep in very little (mainly nothing if I’m being honest) and the last couple of weeks it’s really noticeable that when you wake in the morning there is a definite chill to the air even in the sunshine
