You misundertood the context there. Kit posted a photo that was AI-generated. I replied with a simple emoji to indicate it was AI. The "Nomen est nomen" comment someone made was simply him agreeing with me it was AI and that my username was a hint for others.

I don’t misunderstand the context.

I think it’s weird to be creating AI content for people you know pass it off as real and then joke about it in everyone’s faces.

Why are we relying on “hints” about fake content on an amateur photo forum??

Andddd when someone as talented and purposefully dishonest as you’ve shown yourself to be, knowing you have access to that kind of technology is… problematic, to say the least.

The only way you could have protected yourself was to be honest and you weren’t.

Yup, and those were clearly marked as AI given the context and the Kit user asked me to make them. I wouldn't have if I had known at the time that the original photos were stolen. It was when an obviously AI-generated pic was posted that wasn't clearly marked that I commented.

I originally took that to mean the images were all curated for effect / staged (kinda like what I’ve seen from OF accounts).

It seems you were giving us a heads up that the OP was a fraud???
