meeting new people, connecting, finding out about new stuff -- it's no different than any other relationship.

yeah, yeah, i get that there's this whole element of getting yer freak on that makes it feel a little scarier than exploring my desire to learn how to cook sezchuan food. but you look for stuff online, you ask questions, find a local group, contact some of the people in that group and ask more questions.

now i'm going to go shake up magic 8 ball and ask: will i finally meet someone who knows exactly what i need/want so i don't have to lurk and perv on lit on a saturday night?
