I leave love notes to my wife all the time. Sometimes it's a paper heart with xo on it or cut in the shape of a paper flower. Other times it's a memory of something we did. I will leave the note somewhere she will find it; in a wine glass for example, or kitchen drawer. If I go out of town for a week, I will hide notes for each day I am gone and give her a text clue so she can look for them. Sometimes she doesn't find them for months, then suddenly comes across one.
