As I said in my comment to Love, Part I: Endings, it provides necessary background for what occurs in Love, Part II: Introductions.

Beyond that technicality, I believe "Endings" provides insight into the world of bdsm for those who are vanilla, something casual 'bdsm' cannot provide.

For those of us who practise bdsm within loving committed relationships, illness and death is something we must face eventually.

It shows the world that we're not all bed-hoppers, eager to 'score'. BDSM is not all about whips and chains and kinky sex.

BDSM is about real people who truly love each other, who suffer the loss of loved ones and who must find a way to go on after our loved ones die.

The death of a beloved wife/slave/husband/master isn't a comfortable subject for anyone, but it is a reality and those who have suffered so deserve to be treated like anyone else who has suffered such a loss.

I think those who have voted the story a "5" see that.

Interesting in that just before you posted I scurried over there and voted a 1. How is it you're counting that the 5 votes increased? What a tool.

The second one is really great, actually. I never vote, but I did like the second one. The problem I mentioned before is still there, though.

People come to this site to get off. Your stories do not make them horny. If you threw a little fucking into Part II, it would TOTALLY get 5's across the board.

I realize VERY much what you said in the rest of the post. This is real life, and there is no reason a story can't reflect that. However, if you read 99% of the stories on Lit, they include some form of sex. Even if it's the briefest mention of a blowjob, there is sex.

Your stories have no sex. And that is what people come here to read.

I want to thank you for explaining so effectively the roles of the slave and Master. It's so hard to explain that it's a circle and that a True Master will care for his slave and the relationship in many ways is much much more than marriage. A very good story. oh and to the person who said wrong category...no. bdsm doesn't have to be all whips and chains. it's often love and relationship too. someone who is in the know or in the lifestyle truly would know.
