Right now none I prefer not wearing any and just going commando. However when I had a vasectomy I had to choose underwear for the laying in bed healing part. So I chose boxer briefs and found them to be actually pretty comfortable I wear them occasionally if I need a little extra support and have found they are comfortable for cold weather or outdoor activities.
