Well for me personally I would be turned off, maybe forever, if my guy told me he wanted to wear panties or surprised me in them. While everyone has their quirks, me included, I'm very attracted to strong, masculine men. I don't even care for men who have fine features and look pretty. They're too feminine for me. Physically I am very feminine, but my attitudes about most things tend to be masculine. I love both these aspects of myself, and as far as relationships go, I prefer a man to be virile.

I don't personally feel that wearing panties makes me a sissy or at all feminine...I'm actually very masculine and 100% of the people who see or meet me would never guess it...my wife more than accepted it, she loves them on me...we match colors almost every day and often she picks out a pair for me...Maybe its the paradox of feminine clothing on me, idk...but it turns me on almost all day to wear them and her to see and know i have them on too
