Yesterday I saw the CNN news report in which the hostess talked to a man traveling to Mexico but unable to leave.

I couldn't sleep well knowing that he and his wife were deep in danger because the explosion was down below the window of the airbnb he stayed in.

Will Delta force or any other special force help take him and his wife home to their children?

I doubt very seriously "we will do it for you". Providing intelligence services allows us to see what she is up against and influence her choices. Failure to act will cost her in other ways. We are still blocking the border.
