I finally did get my work assignment finished. I had to work overtime at night on it every night this week, but I made it.

I'm sorry you that you had to work OT, but at least you got it done! I imagine you'll need to be headed to bed earlier tonight though to recover...

I might if i get sleepy. Last night I went to bed a little early. I was totally exhausted. Even tonight I'm pretty wrung out. Don't expect much witty banter out of me tonight.

No worries here, sweet pea... I'm not exactly a scintillating conversationalist myself this week. Work sucked the life out of me and dealing with the kids kept me from getting my batteries refreshed at night.

I'm trying to tap my inner bad girl at the moment, and even Zulbub is surprisingly quiet. Might have to break out the tequila or my stories are never going to get answered...

*blinks a couple of times, a blush rising quickly* It certainly was nice... And might have worked if my current stories had me kissing another woman.

They seem to be happy and well adjusted. No problems with the new sleeping arrangements so far.

*using the lightest of touches, she brushes Thyri's luscious locks away from her face before trailing her fingers along the contours of her face. Mapping out each of the fine features with her fingertips and saying in a soft voice*

I used to get my kids to sleep this way when they were younger... They still ask me to 'tickle' their face when they're sick or have headaches.

*Opening my eyes to look up into yours for a long moment. My lips part slightly as your fingers trace over my features, and I draw in a shaky breath, letting it out slowly.*
