Well, I think I'd better take my girls out for some dinner. The adopted one has her siblings with her this weekend. The niece is complaining about being hungry so I'll take them out for pizza or something. Might be on later tonight. *Hugs and kisses all around.*

*throws her notepad to the side with a frustrated squeak* Dabnabit!

*realizing she's alone in the cabin, she jumps up and scurries behind the bar where she had hidden the valentine candies earlier and scatters them along the bar top*

*telling herself that she could only have one piece, she snags a piece of dark chocolate confection and heads back to the sitting area, opting to stretch out on one of the couches*

Sorry it took me a while to respond. My adopted formerly homeless girl wanted to take her siblings and my niece to WalMart to get ice cream, but the car wouldn't start, so I tried to give them a jump start, but it didn't work. There is something else wrong with the car.

I wish. I haven't got any writing done today at all. But I did get a well shed built earlier today. I'll try to write tomorrow I suppose.

*Grins* Why do I think that might be a loaded question? Yeah, since I'm a widow from long ago, I've had to get used to doing things on my own. So I have sort of developed the attitude that I can try anything, and maybe I can do it myself or maybe I can't and have to get help, but I at least try it. Surprisingly, I manage to do a lot of things women supposedly aren't able to do. To that I say, according to whom?

I've had the kit for about three months and only today finally put it together. Gotta make sure my well doesn't freeze or I won't have any water.
