Mods, why are you hiding, no guts to show yourself.

I went to the doctors office and arrived several minutes early. I waited several minutes to be acknowledged by staff at the window and was told to sit. I waited another 40 minutes in the waiting room before being escorted to the exam room. I sat there two hours before the doctor saw me. (I think they went to lunch) The Doctor Spent 5 minutes looking at my shoulder, gave me a shot and then walked me to the window again. I had to wait several minutes for them to get with me about my co-pay….

Doctors ask a lot of other people with regards to patience……….
I hope you were able to get help with what you needed. But that is absolutely ridiculous. I mean I have to wait for my doc too but not almost 3 hours. Wow...
Hope you feel better though

Doc visits can be a nightmare. Recently I had the opposite experience. Late April I had a total right knee replacement. The orthopedic practice that performed the surgery and the hospital hosting the surgery worked in perfect harmony. All appointments prior to and following the surgery were scheduled as well as followup physical therapy. I never had to wait. Remarkable! Your bio says you were a Sailor. Civilian or military? I am a 30 year retired grouchy old Master Chief veteran of Uncle Sam's canoe club.

Lol i am still waiting on a ultrasound appointment to check a few things but I am not an emergency so I have yet to get a call and i got the referral in April. I just want it done and over with but ahh well. I don't really feel like spending a day at the hospital either.
