Check Utopia Armoury on Etsy. That's the pic I posted yesterday. They've been at the PA Ren Faire for about 10 years now. I'm pretty sure he makes them in generous sizes. They just cost more.

I did a little searching and found a YouTube vid of a girl showing how to make them. It’s as tedious as it looks but I think once you got the hang of it you could make one in a short amount of time.
