Thanks one and all for the kind comments. It's interesting ( and good ) to see that there has been a significant shift in in Mrs H's thoughts. I wouldn't say that there's a full acceptance of her 'feeling old', 'not as trim as i was', but during the last there's a definite shift. This past weekend she instigated without suggestion posing and after i'd clicked what i thought was an appropriate amount of pics she raised the topic again.
For sure the feedback that she's had from here have bolstered the single voice ( mine ) that has been trying to buoy up her self esteem/confidence. So for that thanks to you all; Hopefully she'll continue along this path :)
