Not sure if this counts or not...
I have two ex girlfriends that were both Playboy models, I also spent five years working in topless and nude clubs and have friends that were/are porn actresses. One of which I went to Jr. High and High School with.
When I worked at the topless club there were three girls who I knew before any of us worked at the club. One was a college girl who rented a room at my mom's house. She was surprised and embarrassed when she walked in for her first night of work to find out I was her manager. I laughed because I had already slept with her a couple times. She knew I worked at a strip club but didn't know which one until that night. LOL
Those were good times.

About thirty years ago I saw a really sexy co-worker, K, naked. We were working away, and staying in a hotel. One morning, I got up to go to the bathroom (the bathrooms were on the corridor not ensuite). I opened a bathroom door and was confronted by a naked woman, bent over feeling the temperature of the bath water, as I said sorry and moved to leave, she stood up and turned around. It was K. We never mentioned it to each other even though we worked together for another couple of years, although the 5 second incident is seared on my brain forever.

We then met again at a conference 18 months ago, and we discussed old times. We're both 60ish now. She suddenly said "Do you remember the bathroom in Birmingham?". I said "some things you never forget". She laughed and asked if I had seen "everything", to which I had to say I had, pretty much. She just giggled and thanked me for being so discrete about it and never mentioning it to her (which would have embarrassed her, she said, when she was 30). She said it didn't embarrass her now, and
she was pleased I had seen her "when I was at my hottest" (her words about herself). The we just went our separate ways......

I've met most of my best friends at nude beaches and nudist resorts, so yes. But if you want unexpected naked, then yes also. Once I was at my favorite nudist resort, and one of the other guests turned out to be a coworker of mine! We were both surprised, but then we laughed about it the rest of the week.
