Of course, some are faked pix... but you might be amazed at how many genuine pre-op transexuals there are out there in most medium to large cities. And I know from personal experience, they can be beautiful, hung, and intelligent people.

Transexuals mostly thrive on prostitution, and getting photos of themselves circulated is their best bet. They edit their photos, but no more than anyone does to optimize the images.

But the number of totally faked pix must be very small. I mean, why the hell bother, when there are hundreds of thousands, maybe bazillions of real photos of real trannies in circulation? The only real reasons I can think of is to pull a prank on someone or to win some stupid bet.

Look on Craig's List or Back Page for any large city and you'll see many TS listings, all with real pix, edited just to optimize the person, but not to add junk where it isn't.

Just my two cents of an answer to overly skeptical folks,
