New Guy - thought I was an old geezer but noooo!

Greetings all!
As I read through some of the first postings I was beginning to think I was an old geezer for this site, but I guess not since there seems to be several other 40+ postings. I am an engineer by profession but I have this burning desire to write some erotica. I have a multi part story loosely based on some experiences I had while in the Navy. Can anybody tell me where or how I can find a place to post this story? I have thought about setting up an adult dating site with associated forum or blog but I am not sure I want to go that route. Anyway looks like this site might have some good information.

Hi there everone! I am pretty new to the Lit board, altho i have known about it for a few years as my hubby is a member. I am pretty shy expecially when it comes to posting and what not. Actually now that I think of it, usually i register with the intention of posting but i never do. BUT... from the posts that I have read... you all seem so open and nice! Sooo YAY for me that I got up the nerv to join in and post! I hope this is a good beginning.

I am 27 years old, 5'4" Brunette. My hubby and I have been married for 3 years now but we have been together for a total of 10 awsome years. You would think after being in a serious relationship for 10 years I would be sexually outgoing person, but honestly I am pretty tame. Hopfully belonging to Lit will help me come out of my shell a little bit. I consider myself open minded and non judgemental of other people's life styles.

Erm what else?..... Oh yea, I love to draw, read, and play computer games. Currently I am goin to school part time for Graphic design and work full time.

I'm a typical late-30s male in the grip of a mid life-crisis. Perhaps my recent posts could hint at it's manifestation. Anyway, I've no idea where it'll lead me- my life could be very different in 10 years' time, or very similar- but, in the words of Principal Seymour Skinner 'it's a hell of a rollercoaster ride!'

I could list my 'interests' here if I thought anyone would find it informative; suffice to say, they are legion. My #1 obsession is women smoking cigarettes.

I'm probably the oldest pervert on lit boards, at 72 and counting. I've been downloading smut from lit for a couple of years, but a few days ago I just had to rant about a pet peeve, so I started a thread on AH. Responses were from You fucking idiot, don't bring that shit to the chior. We're the cream of the crop in here, so don't tell us about misusing words (I think it was a PMS day for her), to welcome friend, you have a good point. Found a lot of good friends on that board, including the one who told me to go away (after she read the other responses, she apologized, and we struck up a nice conversation that ended rather nicely. She's on my buddy list now.) After a few days on AH, I decided to submit a stort to the big guys for consideration. They haven't finished deciding yet, so my first submission is pending.

I've never written fiction of any kind, so don't know how my story will go over (if it's approved). I tend to write clear, concise text, previously technical journal stuff, and military directives, etc.

So I'm posting like mad to get to 100 so I can use an AV.

There really are a lot of good ppl on these boards. Hope to meet all of you in the near term.

I'm TY, I'm a regular old fat broad with an irregular imagination. Seems like I would be one of the younger ones introducing themselves in a while. Turned 22 not long ago and been a lurker of these forums for a while I guess, more been around just reading. Seems like most of us have done that before finally making the step into the forum.

Quick info is that I live in sweden, work as much as I can to save up for my current biggest hobby being traveling, still live at home (due to lack of money to get my own place and the reason for that is...said above hobby).
