My opinion

The two PRIMARY emotions that govern our actions,
are LOVE and FEAR. There are others, lust, greed,
jealousy, etc.

Of the two,...I believe LOVE is the more powerful.

Having said that,...I do think FEAR is a powerful MOTIVATOR, and causes MANY to remain in a BDSM relationship, as well as vanilla.

The question then comes down to this: Is agreeing to something out of fear consentual or coercive?

A great question. In my opinion,...it depends SOLELY on the person that is being asked to AGREE.
Who else could make a proper determination ?
