Some clamps with the capability to add light chain in various amounts as needed work well also......

For me it's the psychological - I'm in control of my fate. But I imagine even simple questions will become more difficult through the added pain.

I've done something similar to this trivia game, but with a hidden item in my closed hand. Which hand contains the piece of chocolate? The right, sir. Oh, the right hand you say? Let's see. Oh, sorry. It was in the left. Now you get five minutes of nipple clamping or five minutes of clamps elsewhere, or five minutes of cropping, etc. For those who are interested, guessing correctly meant getting to eat the chocolate and receiving 2 minutes of pleasuring.

Dental floss

A simple, but very erotic technique is to tie dental floss around the base of the nipple.
