Not to analogize too closely (who am I kidding?--I think it's spot-on), but from the perspective of hard-working, like REALLY fundamental urges/needs/desires, there are exactly two acts/functions in which a human body produces something of significance to another body not it's own and has a deep psychological and physiological drive to give it to another human being: The expression of breast milk and the ejaculation of semen.

That both can, if unduly delayed/postponed, can actually be somewhat painful is no coincidence, IMO. And that the relief of the need is pleasurable on a visceral level, well, again: No coincidence.

Agree 100%. Not only is expressing fluids a deeply rooted imperative, but receiving it is equally primal. Most women (not all, it has to be said) achieve intense pleasure from causing a copious ejaculation from their partner, and receiving it in their vagina, mouth or over their body.
Oxytocin is released when breast feeding - the very same hormone produced by orgasm. It contracts the uterus and can feel highly sexual. On rare occasions it leads to orgasm.
I suspect that those who enjoy watersports achieve the same pleasure from expelling fluid, in conjunction with a willing partner.
Pornography would be very different if these facts were not true.
