And yet I fear that the persons who need to know that what you and I feel is pretty well if not universal among men at least widespread are not here, not getting the message (or if they are doubtful, not bold enough to bring it up--occupational hazard for females, not fitting comfortably within what they understand the role of a "nice girl" to include).
