The "secret" is to separate orgasm from ejaculation. Orgasm happens right before ejaculation, but they are so close together that most men just let them happen at the same time. A man has to learn to experience the orgasm without letting it go further and letting the body go through the ejaculation process. He doesn't have to "stop" ejaculation, he just has to learn how to separate orgasm from it, and let his body orgasm without the need to ejaculate right afterwards.
I, personally, do it by relaxing, rather then clenching or pinching things in order to try to stop the ejaculation.
