People who hate on Ohio don't know anything about it, there's so much to love about it!This is beautiful !!!!
Not a consumer at all, but yeah, I think there's an abuse of power in the dramatically slow implementation here.As an Ohio resident (not even that big into marijuana) am I the only one pissed at the slowness of the gov to implement our ability to go buy it somewhere?
Just let me buy it with my driver's license like I do alcohol!... seriously...there four dispensaries within a few miles assholes!
I've had some gummies thanks to friends and appreciate the availability from time to time. Not a consumer at all, but yeah, I think there's an abuse of power in the dramatically slow implementation here.
Lived in CO for a few years and still never partook. If I ever had a drug test and popped hot, my career is over so the risk/reward ratio isn't big enough.I've had some gummies thanks to friends and appreciate the availability from time to time.
I appreciate your interest in the implementation none the less. Obviously there are other factors for individuals to consider outside of the government's ability to make available. I do hope that part of the rollout includes education of that factor as well.Lived in CO for a few years and still never partook. I agree. THC should not be a class 1, it's ridiculous. The only issue with it in the workplace is the ability to test for alcohol is immediate and doesn't have a lasting traceability, so you're either drunk or not. It's harder to prove current influence of weed since a test doesn't indicate current state.I appreciate your interest in the implementation none the less. I can get drunk tonight and go to work on Monday and not worry about an alcohol test. Other substances have differing testing and effects overall.
Like...Taco Bell should open later and such

It's a difficult thing to enforce with current assessments.
And it doesn't matter what states do, it's still illegal at the federal level, so any company that has a federal contract has to enforce those restrictions upon its employees. It's a real pain in the ass.I'll have a gummy for you
Yah, I slept well last night, but even though my weed test would be positive right now, my beer is a more pressing indicator of my state.
It's not easy from a scientific perspective and the tests are a result of that, but employers need to understand that.
But I will add, the dude that smells like a fucking bong is likely under the influence.
Yah, and you can randomly be tested at any time. I'm 100% in agreement with you.And it doesn't matter what states do, it's still illegal at the federal level, so any company that has a federal contract has to enforce those restrictions upon its employees. It's a real pain in the ass.
100% agree. And getting it from a reputable place vs someone's basement only ensures people stay safer.Yah, and you can randomly be tested at any time. I'm 100% in agreement with you.
I think marijuana should be federally decriminalized. The whole gateway drug bullshit is lame.
And abusers of marijuana can be easily identified by their skank weed smell.
