I am thin and never had much chest. My nipples were tiny with one being flat. About nine months ago I started taking OTC herbs with estrogen type compounds along with herbal androgen blockers. The results, I now have tiny but undeniable breasts with nipples that stay hard most of the time and are visible through two sometimes three shirts. My nipples stay so sensitive, they were almost raw after riding my bike in 40 degree weather rubbing against the material of my jersey.
