Explanation.. well I was an assistant in-game administrator of sorts in a certain MMORPG (not WoW). During an in-game meeting, the head administrator suggested we watch this video.

It instantly became the "Official video of ___ meetings" and long after that administrator had gone on his way, we continued to listen to it during our meetings with future admins.
