I saw Brandi Carlile sing "Hallelujah" in concert - the memory still brings on goosebumps.
I love K.D. Lang's version, too - I hadn't heard it.

I hadn't heard her version. Jeff Buckley's is still my favorite, followed by the difficult-to-find Brandi Carlile version, but this is beautiful.

ETA: Oops, responded before I saw rekane's comment. Agreed, rekane. I haven't seen Brandi in concert, but she did a live recording when in Tucson that the local radio would occasionally play when I lived there. Wish I could get my hands on it.
