Takes a dive into the pool getting my cardio in for the day. Letting all my anger go into my strokes and kicks. Letting the water take all the pain away.
Coming up for air only to go back under, swimming as if my life depended on it. Passing through each molecule of water like a knife through soft butter.

Raven plunges in to the pool, in a less than perfect dive. He swims the first two laps slowly deliberately. Increasing speed as he warms up. Moving mechanicaly. Muscles rippling across strong shoulders and hips. Thighs and calves kicking effortlessly. Arms pulling the water past his nude body like pistons. Laps are made one after another with no intent on keeping count. Then the work out begins. With a half a breath he dives to the bottom. And begins crawling at a fast pace across the bottom hands and feet almost clawing for purchase. Up the far wall like a torpedo he shoots out of the water to his waist. Takes two deep breaths, letting the second half way out and heads back to the other side in the same fashion. Six laps are made be for he pulls him self out of the water. He looks around seeing that he is still alone. He walks over to his bag pulls a card out and places it on her chair. The card simply says sorry I missed you hope to see you soon. With this he fades out of the room thinking if she has cameras in here I may get in trouble but that could be fun also.
