Personal "Ad" on a dating site - scary to a newbie -

Drone in the sense of an automaton, robot. No real personality, or personal interaction, no drive or motivation. While passivity has its' place, I would not want it 24/7, and this is the sort of situation that the poster seems to be looking for.

I think the guy is just trying to find a free nanny and housekeeper. "The non-sexual chores are mainly housework (especially dishes) and infant care." Some people are so damn cheap.

FEAR THE DISHES

He mentioned them multiple times wtf...

I was worried about the itching powder under the corset but I think the dishes are what scared me the most.

I just get an image of some HNG sitting in his apartment with dishes piled on every available counter thinking, "How can I trick women into a little online play? I know...I'll post an ad about my ridiculously impossible to actuate dream world. What can I use to fill out what will be expected (as I have no real life experience)? Damn! I don't have a clean glass...HEY!!!!"

Thanks , Homburg, now I got it!
And indeed, the term "robot" or "automaton" word exactly what scared me about the ad... Especially combined with the imagination of raising the children in such a position...

Yuck, I hate dishes... Noooo, of course not when they are washed and stored inside the cupboard... :D
Maybe I should have a male part time drone to wash the dishes... only in an apron, of course...:devil:

I do agree, especially in regards to children. It's a bit of a scary ad.

Phheeww, as I said above, I'm glad to get the feeling that, even though I am so bloody new, I can somehow rely on my guts... Albeit they may still "work" more vanilla... :D

I made my profile a little more plain and got in touch with the guy. I'd have changed my handle if I could have. Eww, I feel all weird about it now, but I'm curious to see what he says.

Surging again out of lurkdom......

I don't think he's a vanilla guy....period....Be very afraid.......

Etoile, I am curious to see any response.....I think he's downright creepy.....

Oh, Lily, I was never in doubt about it... I tried to say that I possibly cringed much more than some experienced BDSM-folks would do....

Yeah, I too am curious! Thank you so much, Etoile that you took this effort!

Thank you Sir!

That is an impeccable criterion!!! I will remember if I look for a Dom, who is not a crazy fuckwit! Which I would highly prefer!!!! :D:D:D

What, Sir Primalex, should a Master like instead???

Real Doms watch Space 2063.

Wikipedia said:
Space: Above and Beyond featured a very dark and desaturated color grading, apparently inherited from the cinematography of series such as The X-Files and Millennium, co-produced by the same team, but taken to a greater extreme. The strength of desaturation employed in many scenes reaches the level that makes them almost black and white. [...] This is quite exceptional among science fiction series of the time and is very different from some of its contemporary sci-fi series, like the space opera Babylon 5.

Other acceptable TV SciFi series:
Star Trek:TOS
Battlestar Galactica
Buck Rogers
Emmanuelle in Space

If you like Babylon 5, you played with Barbie dolls in an inapprioate way (like "Tea Party" or "Wedding", instead of proper play like "Chainsaw Massacre" or "Lolita").

I am a sci-fi addict AND I chewed my Barbies' feet. So there.

Yay! I must be a Dom! I loove Star Trek TOS!

What about Flash Gordon? :D
And, according Battlestar Galactica, what about the new series? A no-no, I suppose?

Hi Safra, what do you think about Stargate?

Ooohhh Schneebär! *hugs and kisses* If the mountain won't come to Mohammed, Mohammed must go to the mountain, hhmm?:kiss::kiss:

Stargate... Hhmm, interesting but I didn't watch too much of it...

(Schneebär, ich weiß nicht wie streng die hier sind, von wegen off-topic... Ist ja schließlich ein Forum, wo die Peitsche öfter mal pfeift.... :D)

Weenie? Is a kitten regarding the folks here... The woman in charge here has quite an interesting pic-thread about torturing a nice boy.... ;) :D

Huh. Well, I now have an introductory email and some pictures of him, the wife, and one or two kids, both young, I can't figure out which is which or what. Interestingly, he mentions that most of his responses are from pre-op trans people, I assume he means MTF. Which is weird, because I don't remember him mentioning that MTF would fit in his fantasy anywhere. Other applicants have been not serious, had drug/alcohol programs, been con artists, or "wanted a type of relationship that was not realistic for a household with a child" - which is interesting, it means he might actually be serious and he just got carried away with writing the profile.

I have to admit, one of the kids is really cute. I replied and asked for more information about how a typical day would work given that he wants both a cock slave and a babysitter. I'm using the You/Your convention with him but I really feel kind of uncomfortable writing now because I know I'm not serious. *sigh* I'm not sure what to do now.

Etoile, may a newbie ask again?
"You/Your convention" is about addressing a Master always with a capital?

And in doing so, you show that you are serious in accepting him as a Master? Yeah, that is kind of lying to him...

I'm sorry that my thread put you in a kind of dilemma... Didn't want that! In fact, I'm a bit angry with myself now... about being so gutless...
I could at least have tried to contact him, not as a person who is interested in the "job" but who tries to learn....

Safra, you can ask me anything, anytime. I may not know the answer, or I may not want to share, but you can ALWAYS ask me anything you want.

Yes, I have been addressing him with a capital all the time. Normally I hate that, but I am trying to be a different personality right now.

Your thread isn't what put me in this situation, I did it myself! I shouldn't have messaged him in the first place.

Actually, I think you probably should contact him and tell him you just want to ask about the lifestyle he describes. He's replied to me again, and he is still a little over the top. I would try asking him how what he describes will work in reality. Tell him you think it sounds a little outrageous and ask him if what he describes can really work. That's what I'd do.

I think I might tell him I'm scared of children, that will probably make him realize we're not a good fit without insulting him. Oh, and I am using a fake e-mail and fake name, did I already say that?

I think, you didn't mention that about the fake name and mail but that is only intelligent, I think! ;)
But, do you feel so obliged even now that you have to lie? You could just tell that feels not like what you need... Would that be insulting? I have no experience about what insults Masters... so, enlighten me please! :D

Yeah, and I think too, I have to gather my guts and have to ask honestly... Trying hard not to be judgmental and maybe I get a better impression after that...

Thank you for telling us about it!

Hugs
Safra

Well, I feel bad because he hasn't had success with others before. Now he thinks he's talking to someone who is a possible candidate.

I just replied to him and told him about some of my health issues in the hopes that it will make him decline. I also told him I was scared of children! Which is kind of true actually...I am just not really familiar with caring for kids so I don't know if I would do a good job.

He is a crazy fuckwit. He likes Babylon 5!

oh my gods...that means...that means <sniffles> i'm a crazy fuckwit too!!

You and me both, DHL... I've had the series on VHS from recording it from the original pilot through the end of Season 5... and I'm in the process of collecting it on DVD now.

As to our profile in question? It's not scarey. Mildly amusing and definitely filled with porn fueled fantasy and unrealistic expectations that a good case of reality check would cause to crash but hey, it's _his_ fantasy... who am I to rain on his parade?

*chuckles* Hell, he's probably had more luck with that ad than I've had on any of mine *including the one I have here on Lit*...

Are you refering to the original "Bonanza in space" Cattlecar Galactica? Or the current, edgey, incarnation of BSG? And Buck Rogers? Buck Rogers? ? ? Acceptable to who? "Beedle-beedle-beedle-beep, right on Buck!" Oh right. Robotic midgets. Though Erin Grey was a hottie (she still is for that matter!).

And while yes, I like Star Trek: TOS, gimme Stargate and B5, at least they told stories that had a beginning, a middle and an end, and characers that grew and changed over the course of the series. To paraphrase Walter Koenig at DragonCon a few years back "I did more acting in one episode of Babylon 5 as Bester than I did in 2 seasons of Star Trek as Chekov."
