Well, just from my lowly point of view...Why to GLBT and BDSM have to blur together in "Alternative"? Wouldn't that then defeat the purpose, e.g. folks would then still have to wade through ad's not pertaining to what they are seeking?

To me, this logic could be taken one step further and the GLBT and BDSM forums could just merged into Alternative. I think that would be a tragedy for both.

Why should something may turn out to work on one forum not be given a chance because it may not work out on another forum?

Just my thoughts.

Why not call it BDSMpersonals and thats it

I agree with the ones against "Alternative" Personals. I think if something is done, make subsections of the personals for each one, like the playground.

well, it ain't gonna happen anyway. If this is done, it will be under the existing structure. But nothing wrong with exploration.
