"Meatza" sounds about right, but it's hardly an appealing gluten free substitute. At least not for me. Rather bizarrely, Dominoes has a great gluten free pizza. I know. I know. Dominoes is not normally a pizza go to, but their gluten free pizza crust is really amazingly good.
I have yet to meet a pizza I don't like.
However, I prefer thin crust, wood oven pizza.
And any sort of anchovies, fish or fishy type things should not sully a pizza! Yuck-o!
I'm sorry, but if you have ever put brown gravy on your French Fries then you have very little leverage in declaring what does or does not belong on a pizza.

In the late 90s I got into a habit of going with friends to one particular non-franchise pizzeria that offered a really good deal on a 'four toppings of your choice' large pizza.
The combination we went for was pepperoni, mushrooms, onion and black olives on a thin base - it was so good we rarely if ever bothered with their higher-margin standard menu pizzas. It was a sad day when we showed up and they'd gone out of business.
