In my very humble opinion, it's not worth the effort. CSS is not difficult at all, but it requires a lot of fiddling and then of course custom images for a good theme. You receive nearly the same results if you pick a theme that is close to what you want and just replace a few images.

Poached veal tenderloin on Risotto alla Milanese.
It's next to impossible to ruin it, could be served as entrée or rôti depending on how you finally cut the tenderloin and it can be kept warm without ruining the dish (just in case of unexpected delays). And because it's veal it doesn't look cheap.


The second choice would be a dessert in jars, because desserts in jars always look awesome, no matter what is in there. You can just put natural yoghurt, walnuts and maple sirup in there and it will be still awesome (if you sprinkle something on top).
