Everyone has pretty much covered it but i would like to add that i agree with the others that if you're going to pull this off it's going to require an aggressive mindset on your part. Rape is a violent act, not loving, not tender, not FUN. Therefore IMO it would require brutality on your part to a level that may not be what she bargained for; communication on limits would is critical. If she REALLY wants to imitate being raped then she needs to be prepared for pain and fear. You say she gets instantly hot over a simple hair tug.... how does she feel about a bitch slap across the face that makes her jaw feel like it's two inches over, while her face burns, unable to bring her hands up protect herself through the pain while you're screaming at her to shut up? Maybe you could get her to write down exactly what she thinks constitutes her version of a rape then take it up a notch or two as a surprise.

There's an interesting line here that has to be drawn for each situation....personally I'm not sure I'd want to do something like this if I wasn't about 90% sure that she was going to enjoy it....but absolutely the idea of it will turn up your libido a few notches and hopefully hers too.
I've done a few of these types of scenes for girls I've dated and in every case it was very exciting and there was no problems at all. Most people who have dated for a while know what would be crossing the line and what would be acceptable...the argument here would be that if you don't cross the line its not really rape...but I guess from my perspective..."simulated" rape is close enough for me.
If it helps you guys....i've done it two different ways. The one that I liked the best was with a lady who lived in a fairly secluded house. It was an easy matter for me to cross into her backyard from the field behind her house and not be observed by neighbors who might think I was a real rapist. She agreed to leave her bedroom window either slightly open or unlocked so it could be slid open. In this case, the arrangement was that as long as the window was unlocked I could come in if I chose, if she already had company or didn't want to be bothered, she just locked the window, although I knew here well enough that I could pretty well anticipate the days and times that would be best/worst for her. So she knew that it "would" happen but she didn't know when, and as I mentioned...I pretty well knew what her limits were as far as how rough I could be.
Anyway, to make a long story shorter, I attempted to make it as real as possible, dark clothes, ski mask, I even wore gloves (she told me later that the gloves were one of her favorite parts) before this, when she was busy or away at the store or something, I even had practiced opening the window so I knew how to do it as silently as possible. I let some time pass, hoping that she would think I forgot about my promise to do this for her and when I did do it, I did it at a time that I was pretty certain she would be asleep but also when she didn't have to work the next day (guess I'm a nice rapist, hehe). It worked out perfectly, the thrill in this case, was that while she was pretty sure that it was me, she couldn't be absolutely certain, and she was certainly startled (hehe). We did have the problem that you mentioned, by the time I had control of her (when the girl actually does play the part, resisting and all it is SO much more fun) and had ripped off her nightgown (I did have to buy her a new one) she was soaking wet, but I'm not sure why you wouldn't want her to be anyway. I was, of course, much rougher than usual and I took as much time as I possibly could before finishing...but it was beautiful...the girl was going off like a roman candle...as long as you're certain she can handle it...its great!
