I think, as narrtor, it's better to stick to one term. But the characters' thoughts and words can vary as most do in reality. Sometimes my wife likes me to touch her mound, lick her pussy, or fuck her cunt.
To me it seems strange to have characters stay with one word.

just being curious here ... is it a written story or an audio story? if it's the second what matters is how you say it ... not what word you use.
