That stupid mentality of wannabe Doms or Doms who want an excuse to be mean usually only happens to me online. When they met me in person it rarely happens.

But.....

At my first munch, which I went to with my ex; a Domme introduced herself and said to me

"You may Kiss my hand" and promptly offered her hand

My reply

"Sorry I am not allowed to put things in my mouth when I don't know where they've been"

My ex did not like anyone at the munch and did not enjoy it. Therefore I was forbidden to go back, when we split up it was the first place I headed

At a recent munch I mentioned this incident to her, she said she remembered it well and promptly picked up my hand kissed it and said "And I don't care where its been!"

There are "real" people on here, you just have to seperate the wheat from the chaff. Unfortunately, there is more chaff then wheat sometimes. Its not just the Dom/me's either. I used to go to the chat room here fairly often and was approached by "subs" all the time. When it became clear that I wasn't interested in a "one night stand" scene I would never hear from them again. I have nothing against online D/s relationships, but a one nighter with a sub is pretty hollow. Since when is D/s about instant gratification of a sub? That's not the BDSM lifestyle, its just pure fantasy play.

Typically, I give them my email address here and give them some assignment to see if they are sincere about getting to know me as a Domme. If I hear back from them I know they are sincere. I rarely hear back from them. They probably found some wannabe Dom/me that fulfills their immediate mastubatory needs and that is the end of that untill they show up again in some other personna.

I think you meant inhabiting here, not inhibiting. I rarely am accused of being inhibited, either in words of actions.
