I wonder if this isn't an automated thing, though the "last warning" suggests more sophistication than just a simple link scanner with a white list.

As far as the owners go, some people say they are quite responsive. Personally, I've never gotten any replies from Laurel. The only reply I've gotten from a moderator said "we're too busy to explain why we zapped your thread".

(This was some while back, and I was using a different ID at the time.)

FWIW, I see no violation of any of the rules in your linking. Heck, you don't even fetch the images into your posts (hot link) -- you just tell us what to type in the address bar!

And I enjoy the pictures very much. Been there, done that, and really want to do it keep doing it over and over. Ah nostalgia!

As it is impossible to get a view of the forum leaders by the link (and direct my message appropriately) on the lower right of this page, I will again ask for clarification as to why my posts were removed. In the past two weeks I've written twice before -via the 'contact us' link and the 'report a post' link - there is absolutely no spam or advertising on the posterous link. There is abundant spam/advertising/popups on very many links (such as youporn, xhamster, etc.) that are allowed, while the posterous link has NOTHING BUT THE PICTURES. Please explain why this is not allowed on this forum, and BTW is allowed in the Darkroom Lounge forum. There is no spam, no advertising, no redirecting, no popups on the link you continue to remove from my previous posts. Again, please explain the violation. Thank you.

Well, it has been over 3 weeks and no one from Lit has had the courtesy to respond to 3 seperate inquires as to why my posts were deleted. Go figure! I'm trying to be a good Lit-citizen, but they do make it tough. I added a dozen additional pictures to the posterous site. You can get the exact link by going to another forum here on lit - The Darkroom Lounge - where the moderators apparently check the link before removing it. The title of the thread is the same, Realistic MFM Pictures. Enough of my rants, enjoy the pictures!

I may be able to add a little more insight as well, since I have seen the recent events with L1NGUS and his porn posting "blog" and Lit's rules. Their rules state that one cannot post many threads/posts asking or "begging" Lit members to visit their site/page even if theirs is a non pay site such as a blog. Laurel gave him a "last warning" as well. They still consider it spam and not part of a "normal conversational thread". Hope that helps.
