Well, short ladies, don't feel so bad. I am exactly 6 foot tall. I like all heights of women. Yes, there are those who are tall themselves and are happy to meet up with someone who is taller. After all, some men are short, too.

I like it when a woman looks up to me. I also like that she is easier to control and knows it. I also like it that she is sometimes the perfect height for some of her tasks, if you know what I mean.

But, short ladies are not bad at all. I do see how it can be difficult, with places where height is needed. But there are other places where being shorter is a plus. Don't fall into the false thought that only tall women are sexy. It's just not true.

You kow how when you move, you make a list of needs/wants for when you move? This time around I threw in a step stool on the list. I can almost reach everything now!

Anyhoo, things to look out for. Grocery stores and laundromats. (A washing machine is on the wish list.)

Another cool thing you might want to look into. A friend of mine did a crime search on the neighborhoods we were looking at. We got a listing of how many cop calls were in each area over a certain period of time, and how many were nuisance calls, misdemeanors or felonies. I believe she did it on the local governent pages.

Since I'm on a night shift and D is on a day shift, that automatically ruled out a couple of nice looking places. Because I sleep so late (I usually work til 2 ish in the morning) and he's not home in the morning, he didn't want to live in a few of these places. I told him that I could probably handle it and he gave me The Look, and said "No." and that was the end of it.

I did that for this area. Before I moved, there were only a couple of offenders that lived in this area. In the last year, it jumped to about 50.
