Guess that depends upon what legal grounds they can come up with. Only two I could see was the refusal of the request for a change of venue, and possible on the announcement of the civil suit settlement by the city.

Though, it would be hard to tie that to anything of a procedural nature in the trial, and I believe the Jury was polled as to whether that announcement would affect their ability to be impartial.

Waters speech at the rally is an outside possibility, but,the speech is really a weak sauce legally speaking.

No one wants rogue cops. Unlike the left, we don't condemn all law enforcement because of the actions of a few. We don't call for defunding, if cops need additional training that would suggest additional funding needed.
