honestly, the thought or roleplay does not appeal to us (at least, I know it doesn't appeal to me, and I don't think it appeals to Holly). Animal play in particular doesn't really hold much appeal for us, because well ... we have enough animals without our boys acting like them, I guess. It just isn't something that has ever held our attention for very long at all.

Animal play is definately not for everyone that is for sure.

I've never thought about it this way. Maybe these thoughts will help me be more comfortable in the role should it be required of me.

I think a lot of people find it daunting or weird because it seems humiliating, or it can be a very intense humiliation scene if you want it to be that, easily. But it's not the only way to approach it.

For me, though, the risk-taking was a big part of the thrill. We did the scene at a public party, and being reacted to as a dog by people I knew forced me to stay in that space in a way that being in private wouldn't have to the same degree. It was scary and hard, but I found I felt very buffered by the role, and content in it.

My handler did a great job too, he really let me push him around a bit, but still brought his own ideas to the table, and he facilitated an awesome experience for me.

When you Dominate do you consider what you are doing as role play? Topping...role play?

Submitting or bottoming...role play?

For me in the past the role playing was done in my public life ie what friends, neibors, and towns folk knew me as. My private life was the real life where my Dominance was out all the time. With my new life my dominance will never be hidden.
