Eh, I've orgasmed before without ejaculating. It's not common for me, but does happen. In my case, it is more related to my issues, but it happens.

Personally, I'm dead uninterested in the idea. Prostrate manipulation does nothing for me, and my orgasms are generally nice, but nothing to write home over. The emotions surrounding the act, the act itself, the responses I generate in my victim, etc are all so very much more important than the orgasm. Many, many times I've fucked for extended periods of times, not come, and still felt totally satisfied. It's all mindset.

I can think of one time when I had an orgasm so powerful that I was still experiencing shudders here and there ten minutes later, and was out of breath for quite a while. As mentioned above, it happened during an extended (40 minute) bout of road head. While it was potent and impressive, I honestly can't say that I'd be interested in seeking it out again.

Road head rules though. On the rare occassions when I come from it, I tend to have really serious orgasms. Fear of death probably has something to do with the intensity.
