My wife and I used to go to an adult bookstore that had Buddy Booths. From a different perspective I know doing it on a beach is very common with ships passing by. When I was in the Merchant Marines we knew where all the hot spots were and had binoculars at the ready. We would not be made an example of by the captain; Far from it. From the bridge he would call out on the radio if he saw anything and had his own binoculars out scouring the islands and shoreline With being weeks out to sea, and made for good entertainment when we saw anything.

Let it be known, if a ship is passing by; I can attest the crew is watching and by binoculars too, so close up because mariner binoculars tend to be the most powerful made.

Just to be clear, in the United States you can be naked INSIDE your vehicle. It is considered the same rights as your home even though it seems like it would be against the law. Nope, even driving through a fast food drive thru naked is LEGAL as long as you are within your car. The same thing for parking in public areas. Inside your car it is legal.
