Yep, and this is why we went to "RED" etc. And why I tend to just listen to normal language. "v" doesn't do that "No, stop!" crap usually. She'll do it in some roleplay scenes, but not normally. So I tend to listen to it when she says "ANKLE!" too.

my safeword is simply "safeword". this way there is no misunderstanding. you cant possibly hear it and not know that your pyl is using her safeword.

ive only had to safeword once, and having a two syllable safeword that i was able to gasp out is definitly better then supercalifragilisticexpialadocious, imo

We do have SAFE SIGNALS instead.....since I can't just yell out safewords!

My safe signal are very similar to the traffic lights system, expect that I use the thumbs up for "green"; thumbs down for "yellow" and a full hand or both hands waving frantically for "red". So far *knock wood* it works well, and I only used the thumbs down once, due to being on my fours way too long!

I stole this from a great pro, but now I make them make a buzzer nasal alarm kind of noise three times - grunting can sometimes be a sign of a good time and I'd hate to miss it - this is with casual players I don't know expressly and sometimes I do some major gagging/hooding/covering so there's little to read.

I actually got a safe signal once. I'd tied her with her head flat, and she was having trouble breathing. Good reason to safe signal. (She was gagged, hence the signal.)

The rest of the time, I make sure they are in place -- either the word or the signal, but I've never had them used.

What can I say? I'm a wuss. I need evil lessons.
