I can't even really figure out if I do or not.

I like personality. I have a really wide latitude, I really don't care about the small stuff, in fact my bottom half probably makes 90 percent of the detail decisions around us.

my partner and I don't really do the official Dom/sub thing, but it IS that kind of dynamic. I used to feel like to be a good sub/bottom/whathaveyou I had to be 100% obedient, and that sassyness was just disrespectful and immature. I've kind of done a 180 on that. I'm a person first, and a sub second. Sometimes I'm just not in the mood to kowtow to ANYone, straight up. Those moods are rare, but they do happen. More often, it's more that I just feel like being playful. I just feel like a relationship where every order is followed to the letter and every sentence is replied to with "yes Sir", ect... loses some spontaneity and fun. I pushed my PYL the other day. I was just playing, and he knew it (and trust me, it was a SOFT, playful push). I'd say this was true for me too. I usually think of myself as someone who likes the sub to do as she's told, but at the same time, if I don't have an excuse to put her over my knee it's just not as fun.

Yes

I enjoy when my little Star acts up in minor ways. She only does it at home which is a plus. I don't think pets should act up publicly because it reflects badly on me. When there is company about or other males she is always on her best behavior. But sometimes when we are at home she will get just sassy enough to get a time out on her knees or spanked.
