I would love to find a way to get her involved. I think she would like it on some level. She is a writer and has expressed some trepidation on how to write effective erotic portions of her novel.

I’ve thought about using that angle to get her over to the story side, then “find” the Forum and Chat sides….maybe do a couples account.

If your SO wants to write mainstream erotica, she should look at mainstream examples... There are degrees of specificity and how much one leaves to the imagination. No judgement either way, but an author ought to write to their audience expectation...
