I'm guilty of it too, have worn some suits with no lining where my package was obvious and gotten lots of smiles and stares.

I would never lower myself to look so ridiculous. But in Europe you do get a lot of guys (usually German, usually overweight and middle-aged, no idea why) who paddle around in the shallows, hands on hips, displaying themselves. They obviously don't realise how fucking ridiculous they look.
