Good morning!
Hope all is well with everyone!
I have a couple doctor's appointments today so have to get going. I'm getting my hormone pellets inserted this am. Then seeing a surgeon this afternoon about getting a keloid/cyst removed from inside my cheek.
Back in 2009, MrSB's 2 year old granddaughter jumped into my arms on her bed as I was going to give her a kiss goodnight. She dislocated my jaw. lol... 2 year old have hard heads! Had a couple procedures that bought me some time but ultimately had to have jaw surgery in 2013.
The doc took a piece of fat from my stomach, compressed it into a disk and inserted it into my jaw. The recovery pain was a 12 on a scale of 1-10. Anyway, prior to that surgery when my jaw was so out of line, I bit the inside of my cheek a lot. A keloid/cyst developed. It's getting bigger as I keep biting it. So hopefully going to get it removed by him.
He's an amazing doctor! 79 when he did my surgery and now 83. At the time of my surgery, he had done over 3000 facial surgeries on kids in third world countries. Yet he remains humble, kind, funny and genuine.
These are the last 4 photos in this set. I know there were a lot and I thank you for not getting bored! Thank you for all your comments that keep me going!
