Yah, but it looks like all her weight's squeezing her arms behind her back if she puts full weight on the rope. If she's got shoulder problems, that might go bad quick with a dislocation under load. Much better to put weight on a band around a limb or torso than setting it up to squeeze limbs like that.

IMO - YMMV, just something I'd not tie, but I'm the perhaps overly-cautious type like that.

I agree about being cautious with weight hanging from upper arm tie. I saw another image on this thread recently that looked like a very high risk for ulnar nerve compression which worried me more than this image.

My interpretation of this rigging image was that the rope was secured above her, but not on tension and certainly not supporting her full weight, as that would not be an advisable position for safety. While we can't see her lower legs/feet, I am hoping she is on a supportive surface, not suspended.

As always, YMMV, and caution is by far the best practice. Nerves are delicate things, and can be damaged more easily and in less time than we sometimes recognize.

It’s not a suspension, I’m sure she’s perfectly comfortable

Agreed, it’s not a suspension - but an unexpected sensation - from flogger, cane, vibe, fingers, TENS, whatever - might cost her her balance unexpectedly. Dehydration during a long and/or intense scene might cause her to lose her feet, too. Etc.

It’s not a given, but it is possible. Preparing to mitigate worst cases is IMO to be expected of riggers, dom/mes, and the like.

If you look, you’ll see several of those intersections are not knots, or even twists - they’re loops.
